Clamian Kitesho is the Executive Director of the Nashipay Maasai Initiatives, a registered NGO dedicated to fostering a resilient, self-sustaining, and informed local community. He is a Maasai leader and elder who has played a pivotal role in establishing several social enterprises, including the Maasai Eco Boma, a demonstration permaculture garden, and the MamaPower Duka. Clamian is also the owner and senior guide for Warrior Trails and sits on the Makuyuni Public School Board.

Josephine Kitesho, while not as widely documented, is likely involved in similar community and cultural initiatives, contributing to the preservation and promotion of Maasai heritage and sustainable practices.
