- Nashipay Pre and Primary Maasai School opened in 2013 with 13 students. Today, enrolment is over 350 students ranging in age from 4 to 15 years of age.
- Girls constitute 60% percent of school enrollment, and with new dormitory facilities, 30% of our students are boarders from all over Maasailand.
- Maasai and western Integrated Program: The most unique approach at Nashipay is our Maasai and western integrated curriculum for an education that is culturally sensitive to traditional Maasai life. This reflects the interests and desires of the local Maasai community. Such an approach has never before been attempted but has proven to be a model of great success for the entire district of Monduli in Northern Tanzania.
